> Managing documents and form assignments for a child.

# Documents & Forms

A child's profile includes tabs for managing documents, form assignments, and safeguarding records. These tabs provide quick access to all paperwork and compliance information linked to a specific child.

## Documents Tab

The Documents tab allows you to view and manage documents linked to this child.

* Upload documents directly from the child profile by clicking the upload button.
* Documents uploaded here are automatically linked to the child.
* Parents can view child-linked documents in their portal.
* Click on a document to view or download it.

## Forms Tab

The Forms tab allows you to view and manage form assignments for this child.

* **Assign new forms** — Click the assign button to send a form to the child's parents or carers.
* **View submission status** — See which forms have been submitted, are pending, or are overdue.
* **View submission data** — Click on a completed submission to review the responses.

## Safeguarding Tab

The Safeguarding tab displays the safeguarding history for this child, including all records of concern and actions taken.

* View a timeline of safeguarding records linked to this child.
* See the status of any open actions or concerns.
* Access detailed records by clicking on individual entries.
