I've forgotten my password, what should I do?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the login page. Enter your email address and we’ll send you instructions to reset your password. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email within a few minutes.

I haven't received my login email code, what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder - sometimes emails can end up there. If you still can’t find it after a few minutes, please contact Pigeonhole Support who will be able to help you access your account.
A parent or staff member has not received their login link?
A parent or staff member has not received their login link?
First, ask them to check their spam or junk folder - sometimes emails can end up there. If they can’t find it, you can click ‘Send Invite’ in the More Actions (…) menu against the person on the parent or staff list page to resend the invitation. If the user has already logged in before, they can use the ‘Forgotten Password’ feature on the login page to access their account.

Check the parent hasnt registered as their own nursery, and has used a login link that has been sent to them to register. If they have registered accidentally as a nursery, please contact Pigeonhole Support
