If you’ve forgotten your password, click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the login page. Enter your email address and we’ll send you instructions to reset your password. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email within a few minutes.

First, check your spam or junk folder - sometimes emails can end up there. If you still can’t find it after a few minutes, please contact Pigeonhole Support who will be able to help you access your account.
