What you’ll receive
Progress reports — a summary of how your child has been getting on, drawn from what staff have recorded over the period the report covers. Most settings write one at the end of each term, and it’s usually organised around the areas of learning your nursery follows.
Each report shows the period it covers and who wrote it. Reports appear here as soon as the nursery shares them.
Reports are kept separate from the journal on purpose. A summary like this is worth sitting down with, rather than scrolling past between photos.

Open the report and use your browser or phone’s print or share option. Reports are also included in the yearly and leaver journal exports.

Where is the progress check at age two?
Nurseries don’t complete the statutory two-year check in Pigeonhole at the moment, so ask your setting how they share theirs — many still do it on paper or in a meeting.
